Filli n the Blanks Friday - Again

I know, I know - I am so unoriginal and haven't posted for two weeks and the only thing I'm posting is Fill in the Blanks Friday.  Well, I've had a bit of an emotional week (read about it here) and I've been super busy so haven't gotten to the computer.  Ok, so I've been busy reading The Help and just couldn't put it down.  I even read it while cooking.  I finished it though, so I'll try and get back to my normal programming.  I also installed Windows Live Writer and I'm hoping that helps streamline my blogging.  We'll see - I'm not that familiar with it so I think it might take awhile before I figure things out.

1. My outfit for a dress-up occasion like a wedding is usually a dress of some sort.  I like to buy new dresses for weddings and the last few all came from White House Black Market.  I love that store.  If I had a wedding to go to this fall I might wear this dress:

2. This week has been a roller coaster ride.  It started out with my Uncle's funeral in Minnesota (very sad), seeing my family (happy), meeting my Uncle's family (special), finding out that I am the #1 Team In Training fund-raiser in the nation for the Marine Corps Marathon (exciting), being bogged down with work (stressful), and being relieved it's almost the weekend (relaxing).  A lot can happen in a short seven days.

3. When it's dinnertime and I'm feeling lazy, I'll usually eat spaghetti.  Well, that's what I'd eat if I was all alone.  My husband has been spaghettied out so now if I'm lazy we eat scrambled eggs.  Case in point, last night we got home late because we had dentist appointments at 7pm.  I stopped by my sister's house and grabbed two pieces of pizza for myself (we were dropping off a car seat, I promise I didn't go to her house just for food) and then I went home and scrambled some eggs with hotdogs for the hubster lovester. 

4. My favorite pair of shoes are my running shoes.  My work shoes hurt my feet a little so they are no fun.  I also love the boots my husband bought me for Christmas but they REALLY hurt my feet, so I wouldn't call them my favorite.

5. A random item that I own that is completely unnecessary, but that I could never part with is my Care Bear.  Yeah, I know, I'm pathetic.  However, I've had this Care Bear since I was like three and how can I possible throw him away?  No, I do not sleep with him anymore, but he sits on my bed every once in a while.

6. My favorite person is...I can't just pick one, how rude would that be?  On the list would of course be my husband, parents, sisters, nieces, aunts, uncles, friends, etc. I definitely don't want to choose one person over everyone else.

7. If I were going to write my own blank it would say, "I love to daydream about ___________________."  Feel free to fill it in!
