Day 78 of Happiness: Nothin' but some feet

Ok, so today was pretty much a dull day.  Gloomy, cold, and nothing to write home about.  I know, I know, this is the entire point of my blog - to take these dull, boring, blah day and turn them into something to be happy about.  So, my entire bus ride home I tried to think of something blog worthy.  I came up pretty dry.  Unless I want to be super cliche and say things like - I'm happy to be alive; I'm happy to have a job; I'm happy to have a family.  And don't get me wrong, I'm VERY happy about all those things and thank God for all the great and amazing things in my life...but, I could say those things every day so it feels like cheating. 

So, instead of writing about something like that, I figured I'd take a nice photo of my feet and participate in Nicole's foot post.  Pretty much every Tuesday Nicole posts a fabulous foot photo and invites others to post theirs as well.  I usually don't have a camera nearby and so have never participated (and not to mention my feet aren't really blog-post-worthy).  But today I happen to be sitting at home alone with Ivan in his English class and my sister and her family are still in Cabo - so I took out my camera and snapped a shot of my feet with my favorite furry friend.  And just doing that, and supporting Nicole's foot project, has made me quite happy.  Problem solved - a spot of happiness!
